About Us

The Platinum Consort was founded by Scott Inglis-Kidger and Claire Jaggers in 2005.  The consort specialises in bringing vibrancy to early music, as well as breathing life into newly commissioned pieces.  The consort originated in Cambridge University, where it gave performances in the Chapels of St John's, Jesus and King's Colleges.  The group also performed in Canterbury Cathedral, to great critical acclaim.  Now a professional vocal octet, The Platinum Consort boasts some of the best young singers in London.  If you are interested in singing for us, please find out more by visiting our recruitment page.
